Module 11 - North Carolina and World War II

Once again the people of North Carolina were drawn into a global conflict as the United States entered World War II.  Here students will explore reasons for US involvement in the war and how that involvement impacted the people of North Carolina. Students will need to reflect on the variety of experiences and the political and social context of those experiences.
