The NC K-12 Social Studies Resource Hub is a repository for all Social Studies stakeholders. The purpose of this hub is to provide a space for social studies stakeholders to explore resources that will assist with planning, instruction, and professional learning designed to support effective standard-based teaching and learning.

The K-12 Social Studies teamLinks to an external site. has designed this repository to provide a variety of resources for supporting school leaders, administrators, educators, and parents/caregivers. This hub houses the standards, communications, and recommended resources related to the implementation of the North Carolina K-12 Social Studies Standard Course of Study. Social Studies educators are encouraged to browse, reference, download, share, discuss, and adapt resources.

Stakeholders can also stay up-to-date by subscribing to the listservs for both K-12 Social Studies and Character Education at NCDPI Email Updates.
