Thank you for your participation in your school's Comprehensive Needs Assessment (CNA). This site provides information for school leaders about the purpose, process, and outcomes of the CNA.

OBJECTIVES

Learners will be able to explain the purpose, criteria for selection, and benefit of the CNA process.
Learners will list the steps for the Comprehensive Needs Assessment (CNA).
Learners will identify the dimensions of and how to read the CNA rubric.
Learners will identify elements for planning and preparation for the on-site visit.
Learners will evaluate a sample Self-Evaluation Form (SEF) and complete their own SEF.
Learners will identify the necessary components of the CNA visit and create a schedule that captures those components.
Learners will identify next steps following a CNA visit and follow-up opportunities, including the Unpacking staff development.
