Critical Thinking Definition: Critical Thinking is the ability to tackle complex problems, make informed decisions, and develop innovative solutions. It involves reflecting on one's thought processes, using evidence-based reasoning, and continuously improving ideas.  

Critical Thinking Criteria: 

• Information, Discovery, and Research - This is about being curious and asking the right questions. Students define the problem clearly and gather relevant information from reliable sources. They compare their findings to piece together the best insights.

• Reasoning, Analysis, and Interpretation - This involves organizing the information and looking for patterns. Students analyze the information and draw logical conclusions. They document what they learn and make connections. This step is all about making sense of the puzzle pieces.

• Solution Finding - This is where creativity comes into play. Students generate ideas to solve the problem at hand. They evaluate each idea carefully and pick the most effective solution, testing their ideas to see which ones work best.

• Justification - This focuses on making clear, knowledgeable claims and backing them up with solid evidence. Students address any counterarguments and present their opinions confidently, showcasing the strength of their reasoning and solutions.
